Wrote and directed filming of national television commercials as well as managed post production and national media buys on Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, MTV Networks and more. Wrote copy and led design on print ads, billboard ads, and magazine copy.

  After a little over a year at Lycos I doubled the size of a 7 person ad production group to include 23 campaign managers. Created the new campaign management program successfully running on Lycos coast to coast. Hired 10 new campaign mangers. Set up process and documentation for 17 new roles as campaign managers. Trained staff of 17 in new roles as campaign managers. Set up documentation for sales teams outlining the new Sales Services Team. Trained two sales staffs - New York City and Waltham - on the new structure under the new Sales Services Team. Handled special promotion content and work with business development teams in creation of promotional pages. Managed day to day relationships and work flow of campaign managers working with outside sales, telesales and program management. High volume problem solving, conflict management, and process flow. Worked with sales managers and directors negotiating and strategizing on creating a more highly productive atmosphere. This is where I got my first taste of being in the media industry and jump started my career.
